Pallavi Goorha brings to the table an aggressive dynamism, a deep love for creativity, and a determination to see ideas through to completion. She formerly worked at Everest Brand Solutions as Corporate Communication Head before founding PG Communication. With over 30 years of experience in public relations and strategic communications, she has been closely associated with the media and journalism ecosystem, having worked with exchange4media, Mint, Cyber Media, and The Times of India.


Coming from an eclectic professional background, the team at PG Communication carries strong expertise in journalism and communications. This foundation distinctly strengthens client management, public relations, and media relations, enabling sharper storytelling and more credible brand narratives.


Having completed 16 successful years in May 2026, PG Communication has evolved into a trusted communications partner for brands across sectors. Disha Malhotra brings 15 years of overall professional experience, with her public relations journey rooted at PG Communication. Over the years, she has worked across diverse sectors and organisations including Airtel, Result McCann, and India Trust, building a strong foundation in communications and people management, including a stint in HR. At PG Communication, Disha actively works on the PR and media relations function, enjoying hands-on engagement with journalists and managing client narratives. She currently handles clients across multiple verticals such as Bharat Flooring, Newgen Software, Avaali Solutions, Onad’s, CrackVerbal, among others. She is valued for her adaptability, relationship-building skills, and ability to manage diverse accounts with clarity and confidence.

She is responsible for conceptualising press releases, shaping strong narratives, and coordinating closely with media to deliver impactful coverage. Neha manages multiple client accounts across sectors, including NeoNiche Integrated Solutions, THE PITTCH, Eggfirst, among many others. With a strong grasp of media dynamics and storytelling, she is known for her structured approach, consistency, and ability to handle diverse PR mandates effectively.
